Immunofluorescence of Sea Urchin embryo cells stained for 4E-T/EIF4ENIF1. Cells were blocked with 0.01% BSA and stained with 4E-T/EIF4ENIF1 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-18235) at 1:25 dilution followed by a fluorophore-conjugated anti-goat IgG secondary antibody. Staining was visualized by confocal microscopy. 4E-T staining is depicted in green, staining for a proprietary antigen in red, and DAPI nuclear stain in blue.
