- Western blot analysis of FKBP8 in HepG2 cell lysate using a FKBP8 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-25881) at a dilution of 1:1000. Proteins were transferred to a PVDF membrane and incubated sequentially with primary antibody at 4ºC overnight followed by HRP-conjugated secondary antibody. Detected was performed using an ECL chemiluminescence reagent and XAR film (Kodak).
