Description

PA1-18264 detects alpha Synuclein from human, mouse, and rat samples. PA1-18264 has been successfully used in immunohistochemistry and Western blot procedures. The PA1-18264 immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to the C-terminal residues S(129) E E G Y Q D Y E P E A(140) of human alpha synuclein protein, conjugated to Blue Carrier Protein. The sequence is conserved in monkey and pig. After reconstitution, store aliquots at -20 C or 4 C with appropriate antibacterial agent. Avoid freeze/thaw cycles. Reconstitute with 100 ul of distilled water. Glycerol (1:1) may be added for additional stability.
