Experimental details

Detection of Human PDGFC by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of human platelets. PVDF membrane was probed with 1 ug/ml of Goat Anti-Human PDGFC Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG Secondary Antibody. Specific bands were detected for PDGF Cp80 atapproximately 80 kD and PDGFC p55 at approximately 55 kD (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions.

Experimental details

PDGF-C in Human Pancreatic Cancer Tissue. PDGF-C was detected in immersion fixed paraffin-embedded sections of human pancreatic cancer tissue using 1.7 ug/ml Goat Anti-Human PDGF-C Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody overnight at 4°C. Tissue was stained with Anti-Goat HRP-DAB (brown) and counterstained with hematoxylin (blue).
