- Western Blot: 1. 3T3 cell lysate 2. Jurkat cell lysate stained with anti-Lipin 2 antibody (ARG20270). It detects a band between 70-100 kDa, correspondi ng to the molecular mass of Lipin-2. A lower band ~55 kDa can also be detected, presumably to be the cleavage fragment of Lipin-2.
