- Western blot analysis of BarX1 in Mouse stomach tissue lysate. 40 µg of lysate was loaded onto a 12% SDS-PAGE gel and probed using a BarX1 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-68362) at a 1:300 dilution, followed by a Goat anti rabbit IgG secondary antibody at a 1:8000 dilution, Exposure time: 1 minute.
