- Western Blot analysis of CES1 using a CES1 Polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-97580) at a concentration of 5 µg/mL. Positive WB detected in: Mouse heart tissue, Mouse skeletal muscle tissue. A secondary Goat polyclonal antibody to rabbit IgG was applied at a 1:50,000 dilution. Observed band size: 63 kDa.
