Detection of human CAP-H2 by western blot. Samples: Whole cell lysate (10 µg) from HeLa, Jurkat, Hep-G2, and HEK293T cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibody: Affinity purified rabbit anti-CAP-H2 antibody (Product # A302-275A lot 3) used for WB at 0.1 µg/mL. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 75 seconds.

Experimental details

Detection of human CapH2 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (0.5 or 1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibody: Affinity purified rabbit anti-CapH2 antibody A302-275A (lot A302-275A-2) used for IP at 6 µg per reaction. CapH2 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-CapH2 antibody A302-276A. For blotting immunoprecipitated CapH2, A302-275A was used at 0.4 µg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 minutes.
