- Detection of Human IQGAP1 by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of HUVEC human umbilical vein endothelial cells, HepG2 human hepatocellular carcinoma cell line, U937 human histiocytic lymphoma cell line, and MRC-5 human embryonic lung fibroblast cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Human IQGAP1 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF5069) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Sheep IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF016). A specific band was detected for IQGAP1 at approximately 195 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.
