- Western blot analysis of Mtnr1a was performed by loading (from left to right): Mouse brain tissue lysates (30µg) on to a 10% SDS-PAGE gel. Proteins were transferred to a membrane and the membrane was probed with a Mtnr1a antibody (Product # PA5-50522) at a 1/650 dilution for 1 minute, followed by a secondary antibody at 1/8000.
