- Description
- Polyclonal antibody for RTN3 detection. Host: Rabbit.Size: 100μg/vial. Tested applications: IHC-P. Reactive species: Human. RTN3 information: Molecular Weight: 112611 MW; Subcellular Localization: Endoplasmic reticulum membrane; Multi-pass membrane protein. Golgi apparatus membrane; Multi-pass membrane protein; Tissue Specificity: Isoform 3 is widely expressed, with highest levels in brain, where it is enriched in neuronal cell bodies from gray matter (at protein level). Three times more abundant in macula than in peripheral retina. Isoform 1 is expressed at high levels in brain and at low levels in skeletal muscle. Isoform 2 is only found in melanoma.

- Experimental details
- IHC analysisof RTN 3using anti-RTN3 antibody (PA2256). RTN3 was detected in paraffin-embedded section of Rat Brain tissue. Heat mediated antigen retrieval was performed in EDTA buffer (pH8.0, epitope retrieval solution). Thetissue section was blocked with 10% goat serum. The tissue sectionwasthen incubated with 1μg/ml rabbit anti-RTN3 Antibody (PA2256)overnight at 4°C. Biotinylated goat anti-rabbit IgG was used assecondary antibody and incubated for 30 minutes at 37°C. The tissuesection was developed using Strepavidin-Biotin-Complex (SABC)(Catalog# SA1022) with DAB as the chromogen
