Description

Tabituximab is a humanized IgG1 kappa monoclonal antibody targeting frizzled class receptor 10 (FZD10), a Wnt pathway receptor overexpressed in certain sarcomas and solid tumors. It binds to FZD10 to inhibit Wnt signaling, which drives tumor growth and metastasis, and may also deliver cytotoxic payloads as an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC). It is being developed for the treatment of FZD10-positive cancers, such as synovial sarcoma and colorectal carcinoma.
