- Western blot analysis of cell lysates of Raji (30 ug) were resolved by SDS - PAGE , transferred to NC membrane and probed with CCR6 monoclonal antibody , clone 4C6 (1 : 500) (Cat # MAB1116). Proteins were visualized using a goat anti - mouse secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and an ECL detection system.
