- Detection of CCR6 in HEK293 Human Cell Line Transfected with Rat CCR6 and eGFP by Flow Cytometry HEK293 human embryonic kidney cell line transfected with either (A) rat CCR6 or (B) irrelevant protein and eGFP was stained with Mouse Anti-Rat CCR6 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB8320R) followed by APC-conjugated Goat anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # F0101B).
