- PA1-4558 detects delta Opioid Receptor from human, mouse, and rat samples. PA1-4558 has been successfully used in Western blotting applications. This antibody will detect a dominant band of ~48 kDa representing the monomer form of DOR-1, and may also detect dimmers or trimers as heterodimerization and homodimerization is common The PA1-4558 immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues 3-17 L(3) V P S A R A E L Q S S P L V(17) of mouse and rat DOR-1.
