- Western blot analysis of B4GALT7 in human pancreas, mouse skeletal muscle tissue (left to right). Samples were probed with a B4GALT7 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-49418) diluted at 1:2000 at each lane. A goat anti-rabbit IgG H&L (HRP) at 1:10000 dilution was used as the secondary antibody. Lysates at 20 µg per lane.
