- Western blot analysis of ATG4A in HUVEC human umbilical vein endothelial cells, MCF‚7 human breast cancer cell line, and human skeletal muscle tissue. Samples were incubated in ATG4A polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-47614) using a dilution of 1 µg/mL followed by a HRP-conjugated Anti-Sheep IgG secondary antibody. A specific band was detected for ATG4A at approximately 48 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions.
