- OPA1-15394 detects ETA from human samples. OPA1-15394 has been successfully used in immunohistochemistry (FFPE)procedures. By immunohistochemistry, OPA1-15394 detects ETA in formalin fixed, paraffin embedded human tissues. The OPA1-15394 immunogen is a synthetic peptide (KLH conjugated) corresponding to the 2nd extracellular loop. Store at 4ºC short term. For extended periods, store at -20ºC, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
