1 Expression analysis of PTPH1 by immunohistochemistry in breast cancer tissues. Expression of PTPH1 was analyzed in a set of 67 breast cancer tissue slides. Product of stain intensity and percentage of DAB positive cells (H-score) were assigned to measure PTPH1 expression. (a-d) Representative images (original magnification 400x and 1,000x and scale bar: 50 um and 10 um, respectively) are shown here with the patient ID with H-score. (e) Colon cancer tissue section was used as positive control. (f) Negative control was obtained after incubating the tissue section with no primary antibody.
