- Western blot analysis of COL23A1 in NCI‚H460 human large cell lung carcinoma cell line. Samples were incubated in COL23A1 monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-24188) using a dilution of 2 µg/mL followed by a HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG secondary antibody. Specific bands were detected for Collagen XXIII α1 at approximately 75 and 60 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions.

- Immunohistochemical analysis of COL23A1 in immersion fixed paraffin-embedded sections of human adenocarcinoma. Samples were incubated in COL23A1 monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-24188) using a dilution of 25 µg/mL overnight at 4 °C. Tissue was stained using the Anti-Mouse HRP-DAB Cell & Tissue Staining Kit (brown) and counterstained with hematoxylin (blue). Specific staining was localized to cytoplasm.
