Experimental details

Immunocytochemistry analysis of NPY5R in A549 cells (green). Formalin fixed cells were permeabilized with 0.1% Triton X-100 in TBS for 10 minutes at room temperature and blocked with 10% negative goat serum for 15 minutes at room temperature. Samples were incubated in NPY5R Monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-44859) using a dilution of 1:200 for 1 hour at room temperature, washed with PBS followed by Alexa Fluor®488 Goat anti-Rabbit IgG secondary antibody at a dilution of 1:1,000. The nuclear counter stain is DAPI (blue).

Experimental details

Immunocytochemistry analysis of NPY5R in SiHa cells (green). Formalin fixed cells were permeabilized with 0.1% Triton X-100 in TBS for 10 minutes at room temperature and blocked with 10% negative goat serum for 15 minutes at room temperature. Samples were incubated in NPY5R Monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-44859) using a dilution of 1:50 for 1 hour at room temperature, washed with PBS followed by Alexa Fluor®488 Goat anti-Rabbit IgG secondary antibody at a dilution of 1:1,000. Experimental details

Flow cytometry of NPY5R in A549 cells. The cells were stained with NPY5R Monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-44859) using a dilution of 1 µg/mL (red) at 4℃ for 1 hour followed by Alexa Fluor®488 conjugate-Goat anti-Rabbit IgG secondary antibody at a dilution of 1:1,000 for 30 min at 4℃ (dark incubation). Rabbit IgG Isotype Control (green). Unlabeled sample was used as a control (cells without incubation with primary antibody; black).
