- Western Blot: metabotropic Glutamate Receptor 5/1 Antibody [NB300-126] - 10 ug of HEK 293 cells expression. As shown in the autoradiograph, the mGluR5/1a antibody recognizes both mGluR5 (Lane A) and mGluR1a (Lane B) labeling the ~125k monomer and the ~250k dimers for both mGluRs.
