- Western blot analysis of TGM4 in various lysates. Samples were incubated with TGM4 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-72495) using a dilution of 1:1,000-1:2,000 followed by Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG, (H+L), Peroxidase conjugated at a dilution of 1:10,000. Lysates/proteins: 20 µg per lane. Lane 1: PC-3 whole cell lysate; Lane 2: Hela whole cell lysate; Lane 3: LNCap whole cell lysate; Lane 4: CCRF-CEM whole cell lysate; Lane 5: SH-SY5Y whole cell lysate; Lane 6: Mouse prostate whole tissue lysate. Predicted band size: 77 kDa. Blocking/Dilution buffer: 5% NFDM/TBST.

- Immunohistochemistry analysis of TGM4 in formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human prostate carcinoma. Samples were incubated with TGM4 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-72495) which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry; clinical relevance has not been evaluated.
