- Western blot analysis of HTR1A in human brain tissue lysate (35µg). Samples were probed with HTR1A Antibody (Center) (Product # PA5-49346) at a 1:1000 dilution, followed by a goat anti-rabbit IgG H&L (HRP) at 1:5000 dilution.

- Flow cytometry analysis of HTR1A in Jurkat cells. Cells were stained with a HTR1A polyclonal antibody (Center) (green, Product # PA5-49346). After incubation of the primary antibody, the cells were stained with an Alexa Fluor® 488 goat anti-rabbit lgG at 1:400 dilution. Isotype control antibody (blue line) was rabbit IgG used under the same conditions.
