Experimental details: Western blot analysis from lysates of human placenta tissue and human testis tissue. PVDF membrane was probed with 0.2 µg/mL of Goat Anti-human IL-13 R alpha 2 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-46976) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG Secondary Antibody. A specific band was detected for IL-13 R alpha 2 at approximately 50-55 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions.
