- Western blot analysis of MAP4K3 polyclonal antibody (Cat # PAB3198) in HeLa cell lysate. Dilution for MAP4K3 polyclonal antibody (Cat # PAB3198) was 1 : 100 ; dilution for secondary goat anti-rabbit-HRP was 1 : 7000. A chemiluminescent kit was used for development of the Western blot. - Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human cancer tissue reacted with MAP4K3 polyclonal antibody (Cat # PAB3198) , which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry; clinical relevance has not been evaluated. BC = breast carcinoma.
