- Immunoblot Analysis: Lysate from SKBR3 was resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to PVDF, and probed with anti-Brk for 2 hours at room temperature. Proteins were visualized via HRP and chemiluminescent detection. Arrow indicates Rce1. The upper band is thought to be the 73 kDa ELF-related protein that shares 70% homology with the immunizing peptide.
