- Western blot of HEK293 lysate overexpressing human DYDC1-MYC lysate (Lane A) and mock-transfected lysate (Lane B) with DYDC1 antibody at 1ug/ml. Lane C - same transfected lysate tested with anti-MYC tag (1:1000). Predicted molecular weight: ~21/22kDa (isoforms 1/2).
