- Detection of human TAF8 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) from 293T cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-TAF8 antibody A303-186A used for IP at 6 µg/mg lysate. TAF8 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-TAF8 antibody BL11241, which recognizes an upstream epitope. For blotting immunoprecipitated TAF8, A303-186A was used at 1 µg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.
