Experimental details

L1 rat liver lysate L2 mouse kidney lysates probed with Anti NDUFA8 Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bs-3958R) at 1:200 overnight at 4°C. Followed by conjugation to secondary antibody (bs-0295G-HRP) at 1:3000 for 90 min at 37°C. Predicted band 19kD. Observed band size: 38kD May form dimer.
