- IL-28A/IFN-lambda 2 Inhibition of EMCV-induced Cytopathy and Neutralization by Human IL-28A/IFN-lambda 2 Antibody. Recombinant Human IL-28A/IFN-lambda 2 (Catalog # 1587-IL) reduces the Encephalomyocarditis Virus (EMCV)-induced cytopathy in the HepG2 human hepatocellular carcinoma cell line in a dose-dependent manner (orange line). Inhibition of EMCV activity elicited by Recom-binant Human IL-28A/IFN-lambda 2 (0.1 µg/mL) is neutralized (green line) by increasing concentrations of Mouse Anti-Human IL-28A/IFN-lambda 2 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB1587). The ND50 is typically 0.25-1.0 µg/mL.
