- ELISA of IL-28A in recombinant Human IL‚28A/IFN‚λ2 protein. Samples were incubated in IL-28A polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-47163). Protein was serially diluted 2-fold. Antibody was biotinylated and incubated with the protein captured on the plate. Detection of the standard curve was achieved by incubating Streptavidin-HRP followed by Substrate Solution and stopping the enzymatic reaction with Stop Solution.

- Immunocytochemistry analysis of IL-28A in immersion fixed human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) treated with calcium ionomycin and PMA. Samples were incubated in IL-28A polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-47163) using a dilution of 15 µg/mL for 3 hours at room temperature followed by NorthernLights™ 557-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG Secondary Antibody (red) and counterstained with DAPI (blue). - Neutralization antibody testing demonstrates the specificity of an antibody through a correlation between antibody binding and the activity of the target. Neutralization of IL-28A is shown by the decrease in OD (Encephalomyocarditis Virus (EMCV) -induced cytopathy in the HepG2 measured by crystal voilet staining) with increasing concentrations of IL-28A Antibody (Product # PA5-47163).
