- Western blot analysis of LY6K in bladder carcinoma cells. Samples were incubated in LY6K polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-72999). A: Ly-6K expression was seen in Ly-6K transfected (T24/Ly-6K-TF) but not untransfected T24 cells. B: Ly-6K siRNA, but not scrambled siRNA knocked down Ly-6K expression.
