- Flow Cytometry analysis of Carabin in Jurkat cells (blue line) using Carabin Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-142257). Cells were fixed with paraformaldehyde, permeabilized with 0.5% Triton, and incubated with the primary antibody for 1hr (10 µg/mL) followed by Alexa Fluor 488 secondary antibody (1 µg/mL). IgG control: Unimmunized goat IgG (black line) followed by Alexa Fluor 488 secondary antibody.
