Submitted references Mirk protein kinase is activated by MKK3 and functions as a transcriptional activator of HNF1alpha.
The transcriptional activator Mirk/Dyrk1B is sequestered by p38alpha/beta MAP kinase.

- Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human hepatocellular carcinoma tissue reacted with DYRK1B polyclonal antibody (Cat # PAB2933) , which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry; clinical relevance has not been evaluated. HC = hepatocarcinoma.
