- Immunocytochemical analysis of PITPNM1 in A549 cells using a PITPNM1 polyclonal antibody (Product #PA5-18266). A549 cells were permeabilized with 0.15% Triton. Cells were incubated with 10 µg/mL of primary antibody for one hour followed by an Alexa Fluor 488 secondary antibody at a concentration of 2 µg/mL. Cytoplasmic and endoplasmic staining can be seen as shown above. The nuclear stain is DAPI (blue). Negative control: Unimmunized goat IgG (10 µg/mL) followed by an Alexa Fluor 488 secondary antibody (2 µg/mL).

- Flow cytometric analysis of PITPNM1 in A549 cells using a polyclonal antibody (Product #PA5-18266). A549 cells (blue line) were paraformaldehyde fixed and permeabilized with 0.5% Triton. The primary antibody was incubated for one hour (10 µg/mL) followed by an Alexa Fluor 488 secondary antibody (1 µg/mL). IgG control: Unimmunized goat IgG (black line) followed by an Alexa Fluor 488 secondary antibody.
