- Western blot analysis of RBMX in (Lane 1) Hela whole cell lysates (20 µg), (Lane 2) K562 whole cell lysates (20 µg), (Lane 3) Jurkat whole cell lysates (20 µg), (Lane 4) A431 whole cell lysates (20 µg). Samples probed with RBMX Antibody (Center) (Product # PA5-49468) at 1:1000-1:2000 dilution, followed by Secondary Goat Rabbit IgG, (H+L), Peroxidase conjugated at 1:10000 dilution. Predicted band size : 42 kDa. Blocking/Dilution buffer: 5% NFDM/TBST.

- Immunofluorescence analysis of RBMX (green) in human fibroblasts. Cells were stained with a RBMX polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-49468) at a dilution of 1:25, washed extensively followed by an incubation with anti-rabbit Alexa Fluor 488 (Product # A-21206) at a dilution of 1:500 (green). Nucleoplasm staining is seen in images which were taken at a 63X magnification. Data courtesy of Antibody Data Exchange Program.

- Immunohistochemical analysis of RBMX in paraformaldehyde-fixed, paraffin-embedded human testis tissue. Tissue was fixed with formaldehyde and blocked with 3% BSA for 0. 5 hour at room temperature; antigen retrieval was by heat mediation with a citrate buffer (pH6). Samples were incubated using a RBMX polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-49468) 1:25 for 1 hours at 37°C. A undiluted biotinylated goat polyvalent antibody was used as the secondary antibody.
