- Immunofluorescence analysis of RBMX (green) in human fibroblasts. Cells were stained with a RBMX polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-49468) at a dilution of 1:25, washed extensively followed by an incubation with anti-rabbit Alexa Fluor 488 (Product # A-21206) at a dilution of 1:500 (green). Nucleoplasm staining is seen in images which were taken at a 63X magnification. Data courtesy of Antibody Data Exchange Program.

- Immunohistochemistry analysis of RBMX in paraformaldehyde-fixed, paraffin-embedded human testis tissue sections. Samples were incubated with RBMX polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-49468) using a dilution of 1:25 for 1 hours at 37°C followed by an undiluted biotinylated goat polyvalent antibody. Tissue was fixed with formaldehyde and blocked with 3% BSA for 0.5 hour at room temperature; antigen retrieval was by heat mediation with a citrate buffer (pH 6).
