- Immunocytochemistry-Immunofluorescence analysis of ARH in PFA fixed A431 cells. Cells were permeabilized with 0.15% Triton and ARH Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA1-31943) (Green) at a dilution of 10 µg/mL was used as a primary antibody. Blue: DAPI. Negative control : Unimmunized goat IgG.
