- Detection of human PAP-gamma by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-PAP-gamma antibody A302-426A used for IP at 10 µg/mg lysate. PAP-gamma was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-PAP-gamma antibody A302-427A, which recognizes a downstream epitope. For blotting immunoprecipitated PAP-gamma, A302-427A was used at 1 µg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.
