- Western blot analysis of CYP2F1 in extracts of various cell lines. Samples were incubated with CYP2F1 Polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-96716) using a dilution of 1:1,000, followed by HRP Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) at a dilution of 1:10,000. Lysates/proteins: 25 µg per lane. Blocking buffer: 3% nonfat dry milk in TBST. Detection: ECL Basic Kit. Exposure time: 90s.

- Immunohistochemistry analysis of CYP2F1 in paraffin-embedded mouse lung. Samples were incubated with CYP2F1 Polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-96716) using a dilution of 1:200 (40x lens). Perform microwave antigen retrieval with 10 mM PBS buffer pH 7.2 before commencing with IHC staining protocol.
