Experimental details

Detection of human MEPCE by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP; 20% of IP loaded) from 293T cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-MEPCE antibody A304-185A (lot A304-185A-1) used for IP at 6 µg/mg lysate. MEPCE was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-MEPCE antibody A304-184A. For blotting immunoprecipitated MEPCE, A304-184A was used at 1 µg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 10 seconds.
