Samples: Whole cell lysate (1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-CLPTM1L antibody NBP2-76385 used for IP at 100 ul per reaction. CLPTM1L was also immunoprecipitated by another rabbit anti-CLPTM1L antibody. For blotting immunoprecipitated CLPTM1L, NBP2-76385 was used at 1:100. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.
