- In Western Blot, a band is seen at ~50 kDa, representing the secreted form of the protein and also a faint band at ~83 kDa, representing the pro-form of the protein. Prior to immunostaining paraffin tissues, antigen retrieval with sodium citrate buffer (pH 6.0) is recommended. Suggested positive control: antigen standard for SEMA3B (transient overexpression lysate), mouse Cerebellum protein, mouse E16 cerebellum lysate.
