- Western blot analysis of HEK 293 (1) , A - 549 (2) and HeLa (3) cells extracts were resolved by SDS - PAGE , transferred to PVDF membrane and probed with RASSF1 monoclonal antibody , clone 3F3 (1 : 1000) (Cat # MAB1056) . Proteins were visualized using a goat anti - mouse secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and a ECL detection system.
