- Western blot testing of HEK293 lysate overexpressing human ABCD1 and probed with ABCD1 antibody at 1ug/ml (mock transfection in lane 1). The predicted molecular weight is ~83kDa which is observed in transfected lysate but human brain lysate shows a 50kDa band.
