- RPS3 antibody detects RPS3 protein by western blot analysis. Various whole cell extracts (30 ?g) were separated by 12% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with RPS3 antibody (GTX103964) diluted at a dilution of 1:500. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
