- OPA1-03142 detects human phosphorylated Tau from human samples. This antibody is expected to cross react with bovine, goat, baboon, monkey (100%), mouse, and rat (92%) based on sequence homology. OPA1-03142 has been successfully used in Western blot procedures. The OPA1-03142 immunogen is a synthetic phosphopeptide that was derived from a region of mouse tau that contains serine 262.
