- Description
- PA1-18274 detects Superoxide Dismutase 1 from human samples. PA1-18274 has been successfully used in Western blot procedures. The PA1-18274 immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues E(24) S N G P V K V W G S I K(36) of human superoxide dismutase (SOD1), conjugated to diphtheria toxoid. After reconstitution keep aliquots at -20ºC for a higher stability, and at 4ºC with an appropriate antibacterial agent. Glycerol (1:1) may be added for an additional stability. Avoid freeze/thaw cycles. Reconstitute with 100 ul of distilled water.
