The tissues were blocked in 1% BSA (20 min, room temp) washed with ddH2O and PBS, incubated with recombinant monoclonal Tau (Product # MA5-42451) at a dilution of 1:200 (1 hr, room temperature). Detection was performed with HRP, DAB was used as the chromogen, counterstained with hematoxylin and mounted with DPX.
