- Immunofluorescent analysis of Aurora B in HeLa cells. Samples were stained with Aurora B monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-47462) using a dilution of 1:1,000 (red). Costained with chicken pAb to vimentin dilution 1:10,000 in green. Blue is DAPI staining of nuclear DNA. The aurora B antibody produces strong staining associated with chromosomes in prophase (A), the centromere in prometaphase and metaphase (B), the central mitotic spindle in anaphase (C), and midbodies between the two daughter cells during telophase and beyond (D). The vimentin antibody stains the intermediate filament network in these cells.
